Objective
Reinforce NCC Urban’s (Nagarjuna Developers) reputation for on-time project delivery – a rare achievement in Bangalore’s delay-prone real estate market. The goal was to celebrate the early handover of Nagarjuna Enclave in a way that stood out, yet remained rooted in everyday relevance.
Idea
Through witty, tongue-in-cheek messages, we announced the arrival of 69 new families, transforming what could have been another real estate ad into a playful, human moment. The campaign redefined how a builder could celebrate punctuality: with humour and unmistakable local flavour.
Outcome
The campaign stood out for its clever insight and cultural relevance. It generated organic buzz, boosted buyer confidence, and positioned Nagarjuna Developers as a brand that celebrates punctuality with humour and heart, proving that timely delivery can be both meaningful and memorable.
