Objective

Canon’s mirrorless range was designed for those who see stories in the every day; especially hobby photographers capturing life’s fleeting, emotional moments. To connect with this audience, we created a campaign that felt as honest and unfiltered as the moments they seek to freeze.

Idea

The creative platform ‘Live the Story’ centred on ultra-emotional, blink-of-an-eye scenes; like a child’s spontaneous hug, a shared glance between strangers, or the quiet joy of a solo sunrise. The visuals were raw, real and relatable, crafted to tug gently at the heart.

Outcome

The campaign struck a deep chord with hobby photographers, driving strong engagement and a measurable uptick in mirrorless camera sales. Canon wasn’t just selling a device; it was enabling people to live and tell better stories.
