Objective
Create a tangible expression of the agency’s people-first philosophy. To elevate our People Matter philosophy from a principle into a tangible practice, by showcasing how deep human connection, powered by universal emotions, is the true engine for building brands that endure, not just perform.
Idea
We designed a thoughtfully crafted direct mailer inspired by the Navarasa or the nine core human emotions. Each of the nine cards carried a delicately written micro-story, turning the package into an intimate narrative experience that reflected how emotions attach value to brands, products and experiences.
Outcome
The mailer stood out for its originality and emotional depth, leaving a lasting impression on recipients. The micro-stories led readers to the very emotions that drive loyalty, powerfully reinforcing Turrino’s positioning as an agency that understands people deeply and builds brands through genuine emotional connection.
