Idea
FIY, the world’s first augmented reality–powered car user manual. A smartphone app that lets users point their camera at any part of the car to instantly understand what it is, how it works and how to troubleshoot common issues. By combining AR with step-by-step video guidance and service locator support, FIY turns the car itself into an interactive manual.
Outcome
FIY transforms moments of helplessness into confidence. Drivers gain practical knowledge, quicker problem resolution and peace of mind on the road. The innovation positions Nissan as a brand that goes beyond manufacturing cars; delivering intelligent, user-first solutions that make ownership smarter, safer and more human.
