Objective
When Turrino launched its new Social Media department, the goal was clear: cut through inbox clutter and capture the attention of prospective business owners. Instead of polite introductions or self-promotion, the task was to spark curiosity, credibility, and conversations that could convert into real business.
Idea
We created a series of hard-hitting emailers built around surprising facts, sharp insights, and proven success stories. Each email led with an unexpected truth or data point, immediately followed by real-world proof of strategies that work. No fluff. No jargon. These compelling logic made business owners stop, read and rethink their approach to social media.
Outcome
The campaign delivered measurable results. It generated over two dozen qualified enquiries and led to three confirmed conversions. By replacing sales talk with evidence-led storytelling, the campaign positioned Turrino’s Social Media department as credible, confident, and results-driven, right from the first click.
